The Silk Hope Ruritan Club is hosting Benefit Bingo. The proceeds will be used in the Chatham County Community. We give scholarships to Chatham County students. We support teacher supply needs and student awards. The Ruritan mission is to build a better America, through Fellowship, Goodwill and Community Service.

The cane will be used for making molasses, which you can taste and even buy a jar.  Check out the video below as many of the Silk Hope Ruritan’s stripped cane and the farm of fellow Ruritan Johnny Glosson.  In addition, make sure you stop by Old Fashioned Farmers’ Day  this labor day weekend to try out the delicious molasses.
